Grove Street Residences
Four homes, four personalities, one design language.
A four-residence development in San Francisco’s NOPA neighborhood, comprising a three-bedroom owner’s townhouse and three apartments designed for a mix of short- and long-term rentals.
Working closely with the architect on spatial planning, Stellah developed distinct but complementary interior identities, balancing warmth, unexpected details, and residential comfort with the durability required of rental properties.
The work extended from material and finish specifications to furnishings, lighting, landscape, and hardscape, including coordination of multiple fabricators producing bespoke elements. With ambitious customization and a modest budget, thoughtful material choices and inventive detailing became central to the design.
